Lowered & Non-Driveable Cars

If your car doesn't start, doesn't fit minimum requirements, or has a ground clearance of less than 150mm (including exhaust), it is classified as non-driveable, but we can likely transport it.

Cars Carrying Personal Effects

Our standard services don't allow for any personal effects to be left inside your vehicle, but we do provide a special 'Goods-In-Vehicle' service where this is allowed.

Combinations of the Above!

In most cases, you can choose from a combination of the above for a truly tailored service. e.g. A non-drivable vehicle containing personal effects from depot to door!

Frequently Asked Questions

All vehicles must have a driver's seat, all windows, a working brake, hand-brake and steering to be classified as drivable. Vehicles must also have a ground clearance of more than 150mm (including exhaust) or they will be classified as lowered. Lowered and non-drivable vehicles can usually be transported but at a special rate due to the extra equipment and resources required.

Leave between 1/4 to 1/3 of a tank of fuel in the car's tank. You will need to have some so that the vehicle can be moved where necessary, but not too much that the vehicle is unnecessarily heavy.

Disable the car alarm so it won't get triggered in transit.

Retract or remove any aerials from the vehicle.

Remove all personal effects and anything that is not factory fitted from your car. Unless you've chosena 'goods in vehicle service' you must remove all items except properly fitted child seats and spare tyres.

Clean your vehicle thoroughly so that you and our carrier can identify and note any preexisting damage.
